How to choose the right plan

Zapini offers subscription plans so you can use WhatsApp messaging, AI automation, live chat, campaigns, integrations and the API according to what your plan includes. Before subscribing, consider how many WhatsApp numbers you plan to connect and which features are essential for your operation.

Each connected WhatsApp number is treated as an instance. Some plans may include per-instance costs, which means the price can vary depending on how many numbers you use. For that reason, it is worth considering not only the base plan but also how many instances you need.

Where to see the available plans

Go to the /subscriptions page inside the panel to view the plans available on your account. There you can compare the included features and select the one that best fits your current needs.

Paying with Mercado Pago

Payment in Zapini is processed through Mercado Pago. When you confirm your plan, you receive a payment link (or a recurring subscription) generated by Mercado Pago to complete the transaction.

1. On the /subscriptions page, select the plan you want.
2. Confirm the subscription to generate the Mercado Pago payment link.
3. Open the link and complete the payment using the method offered by Mercado Pago.
4. Wait for the payment to be confirmed.

Automatic activation

As soon as the payment is confirmed by Mercado Pago, your plan is activated automatically. You do not need to send receipts or wait for manual approval: the confirmation is processed and access to your plan's features is unlocked.

💡 Tip: always use the most recent payment link you received. If you generated a new link, complete the payment through it to avoid confusion between charges.

Reseller (white-label) plans

Zapini also has a reseller (white-label) program. In it, resellers sell under their own brand, with their own plans and pricing. If you signed up through a reseller, the plans, prices and payment experience may be defined by them.
