Manage your subscription

You track and manage your subscription on the /subscriptions page of the panel. There you will find the details of your active plan, so you can check at any time which plan is in use on your account.

Because Zapini is a subscription platform, keeping your payment up to date ensures continuous access to your plan's features, such as WhatsApp messaging, AI automation, live chat, campaigns, integrations and the API.

How renewals work

The subscription is recurring and renews according to your plan's cycle. Payment continues to be processed through Mercado Pago, and when the payment is confirmed your plan stays active automatically.

Keep in mind that some plans may include per-instance costs. Since each connected WhatsApp number is an instance, the renewal amount can reflect how many numbers you use.

Payment reminders on WhatsApp

To help you stay on schedule, Zapini sends renewal reminders on WhatsApp a few days before the due date. These reminders include the payment link so you can renew conveniently, right from the chat.

1. You receive the reminder on WhatsApp a few days before the due date.
2. The reminder contains the Mercado Pago payment link.
3. Open the link and complete the payment.
4. After confirmation, your plan stays active automatically.

💡 Tip: keep the account owner's WhatsApp number up to date so that renewal reminders reach the right person.

If you signed up through a reseller

Zapini has a reseller (white-label) program, in which resellers sell under their own brand, with their own plans and pricing. If you subscribed through a reseller, subscription management, prices and billing support may be handled by them.

💡 Tip: when you receive a reminder, always make sure you are using the most recent payment link before completing the renewal.
