What you can send
Besides text and emojis, Zapini\'s live chat lets you send images, videos, documents and voice notes. Everything is sent from the number chosen in the global instance selector and is stored in the conversation history.
Sending images, videos and documents
Inside an open conversation, use the attachment button to pick the file. You can send:
- Image — photos and screenshots shown right inside the conversation.
- Video — clips the customer plays inside WhatsApp.
- Document — PDFs, spreadsheets and other files the customer downloads.
Select the file, check the preview and send. The media appears in the conversation as soon as it is delivered.
Recording voice notes
To send a voice note, use the microphone button in the message field and record directly in your browser. When you finish, Zapini automatically converts the audio to WhatsApp\'s OGG/Opus format, so the message arrives as a native voice note with WhatsApp\'s playback bar.
💡 Tip: allow microphone access in your browser the first time you record. Without this permission, the microphone button cannot capture audio.
Tracking delivery status
Just like text messages, media and voice notes move through the delivery states sent → delivered → read, shown in the conversation. If something fails, the message is flagged so you can resend it.
Tips for clean sending
- Use sharp images and clearly named files for documents.
- Keep voice notes short and to the point — they are easier to listen to.
- Confirm the selected number (instance) before sending sensitive files.
