Connecting a CRM: RD Station & CV CRM

Step-by-step guide to connect RD Station Marketing, RD Station CRM, and CV CRM to Zapini and keep leads and deals in sync.

Updated on

Why connect a CRM

Connecting a CRM to Zapini keeps your leads and deals in sync with WhatsApp support. Conversations become records in the CRM, and your sales team works with always-current data — no manual copying.

Zapini integrates with three distinct products: RD Station Marketing, RD Station CRM, and CV CRM. Each has its own connection method.

RD Station Marketing

RD Station Marketing uses OAuth 2.0. On the integration screen you enter the credentials and authorize access; from then on, Zapini keeps the connection alive automatically.

  • Event ingestion arrives through a secure webhook from RD Station.
  • Zapini can also push conversions to RD Station.

RD Station CRM

Note: RD Station CRM is a separate product from Marketing. Authentication is simpler — a token entered in the configuration. With it, you work with deals, pipelines, and stages, and the AI can help move opportunities along.

💡 Tip: confirm which RD Station product your account is on before configuring. Marketing and CRM are distinct services and require different credentials.

CV CRM (Construtor de Vendas)

CV CRM authenticates with its own credentials entered in the configuration, and each customer accesses through their own subdomain (for example, yourcustomer.cvcrm.com.br). Once connected, leads arrive in Zapini and can be sent to CV CRM.

General step by step

  1. Open /integrations and choose the CRM you want.
  2. Fill in the authentication fields (OAuth, token, or credentials, depending on the product).
  3. When prompted, copy Zapini's webhook URL into the CRM platform.
  4. Save and run a test by sending a sample lead.

Using with the AI

These CRMs can be used by the Zapini AI as tools, allowing it to look up and record deals during support, always within the configured permissions.
